Benjamin Franklin!

Benjamin Franklin’s narrative of course is way far different from Malcolm X’s. Its from a way older time and is written very different as well. Benjamin was a very smart man and didn’t of course spend prison time. His narrative was hard for me to understand but I understood that he would start in a school and progress very quickly. He seemed to become head of his grammar school very fast. But then when he went onto arithmetic he did not do so well in. I love how Benjamin explains what else was going on his life at the time. Their stories were similar because they both had a love for reading. Benjamin was so interested in project books involving how to build/invent things. (Makes sense for Benjamin Franklin) He became an apprentice at the company and then had better access to books that he was too love. His stories talked a lot about his life and how he became successful. It was inspiring along with Malcolm X’s. It’s hard for me to say much about this because I am not the best reader and comprehender but I do know that he was a much different man compared to Malcolm X.
