I really liked Feross’ story. It was very inspiring towards myself and I’m sure many others. I love how he showed screen shots of his websites he created. He really explained and showed how if you really enjoy something and stick to it, you can learn and create a lot and that you can go really far with something if you put your mind to it. I am not really sure what I am going to write about for paper one yet but I do know how I can use this story as a reference. I can refer back to it and look at how he organized his story in step by step formation. I can explain things in details really well and use pictures to go a long with it, also give examples like he did. A way of organization I really liked from his story is how he divided it into topics, such as “My first website, My first project, Lots of studying and reading”. Those caught my eye a lot and kept me reading as well. They were big bold font and made the story not look to long. That’s a good eye catcher for a story and am considering using that organizational skill if I can. I know there is several stories I can tell as an educational narrative and whichever I choose I know I can refer back to his story on he learned how to program computers. I know it can help me organize and give me ideas for my own narrative.
Great observations!
